NURVA CORPORATION has announced the successful test flight of its next generation unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), [AEONIAN®]. An industry first, [AEONIAN®] represents two years of advanced research and development to design the industry’s first low-cost, fully disposable UAV with near infinite mission duration via a proprietary renewable micro power system.

This test flight demonstrated the overall proof of concept, with future testing to focus on full operational autonomous capabilities including; vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) capability, hovering and locking in on a target. Additionally, the next key test component will be the testing of the proprietary renewable micro power source, which is positioned to allow for near infinite mission duration.
